Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, service address, apartment or unit number, community name, service requests, billing status, inventory assignments, support messages, and website/device information needed to operate SideSpace.

Payment information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. SideSpace may store payment-provider customer, subscription and payment-method identifiers, but does not need to store full card numbers in its own application database.

Private bin descriptions and photos

Customers may choose to store private labels, descriptions and photos for their own bins or belongings. These fields are separated from routine operations data and are not shown in the standard SideSpace operations dashboard. They may still be stored and processed by SideSpace systems and infrastructure providers and may be accessed when reasonably necessary for support, security, legal compliance or system administration.

How we use information

• Provide pickup, storage, return and customer support.
• Assign and track physical inventory.
• Schedule service windows and special trips.
• Process billing and maintain account records.
• Protect the service from fraud, misuse and security threats.
• Improve SideSpace operations and customer experience.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate SideSpace, such as payment processors, hosting/database providers, communications providers and other vendors acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type.

Security

SideSpace uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect customer information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact SideSpace to request correction of inaccurate account information or ask questions about your information. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security or operational reasons.

We may update this policy as SideSpace evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
