How SideSpace works
A simple guide to SideSpace bins, pickup, storage, inventory tracking and returns.
1. Choose what you want stored
Standard items are $15 per month and oversized items are $25 per month under current pricing. SideSpace bins can be used for smaller belongings that are easier to store together.
2. Pack and stage
Pack SideSpace bins, close the lids, and have approved items accessible for the scheduled pickup.
3. We pick up and track the physical asset
Each bin or standalone item is assigned a unique SideSpace inventory ID and tracked through pickup, warehouse check-in, storage and return.
4. Your private contents stay in your account
You can add a private photo or description to help remember what's in a bin. The normal operations workflow tracks the bin itself rather than the contents inside it.
5. Request exactly what you want back
From My SideSpace, choose the specific bin or item and request a service date. Included service windows are $0; an available off-schedule special trip is $59.
